My main goal for the program was to gain a sense of direction on how bests to approach my pm journey and I've been able to achieve this. I learnt of some skills and knowledge that are required of me as a Product Manager and where/how to acqiure them. Another main thing is on tuning my mindset to become more positive. I have also gained more confidence in myself and I am now able to speak confidently about my career goals and aspirations.

Before the M.A.T.C.H program everything seemed unclear and overwhelming. Through this program, I've been able to connect with a community, buddy, and mentor in particular that has worked with me in putting together a personal development plan to build my Software Developer career that had both a goal and a time duration of when I want to achieve them, in addition of breaking these goals down to specificity. I've been able to identify my strengths and weaknesses, the steps to take to build and grow in my career eg: working on CV, Interviews, elevator pitch etc. This program has built my personal capacity. I'm more confident, vocal, as well as expressive.
